Water and Sewer : $50.00 - $250.00 Estimated monthly charge billed by apartment
Building Insurance Fee: $15.00 Per month.
Amenity Maintenance Fee: $10.00 per month
Transfer Fee: $400.00 Onsite transfer (Must reside in current unit for a minium of 7 months)
Lost Key Fee: $75.00 Per occurrence
Late Fee: $150.00 Late Rent Fee per month
